General terms and conditions |

The price include:
daily renting
beddings
towels (as needed)
tablecloths and dish cloths,
kitchen with dishes and cutlery
SAT-TV, kitchen-range, oven, refrigerator
water, electricity and gas consumption |

cleaning service once a week
Air-condition (every apartment has
two air-conditioner - one is included in
price, for the other one you should pay
extra 5 EUR per day).

Additional (extra) bed = 8 EUR
Reservations for less than four days are charged 30% more than the basic price
(this does not include the tourist tax).
The daytime rate is 50% of the bed rate.
Tourist tax is not included in price.
Pets NOT allowed. |
