 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROGRAM AND ACCOMMODATION PRICES
The prices found on "www.maria-apartments.com" pages include:
 daily renting of accommodation units, beddings, towels, tablecloths and dish
cloths, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and cutlery, SAT-TV, kitchen-range,
oven, refrigerator, water, electricity and gas consumption, air-condition as well
as the cleaning service once a week.
Tourist tax is not included in the price and it is charged separately per person and
per day, and its amount depends on the age of a visitor and the season.
Special services are the services which are not included in the original price
(meals, domestic specialties, wine, brandy etc.), hence the guest pays them
separately.
The prices of accommodations are in euro and kuna terms.
The daytime rate is 50% of the bed rate.
Reservations for less than three days are charged 30% more than the basic price
(this does not include the tourist tax).
Pets are not allowed.
The owner
reserves the right to make changes to the stated prices.
For customers who have paid an advance for their reservation, the owner guarantees the price of accommodation, stated in the calculation according to which the advance was paid. If the changes occur prior to the payment of the advance, the owner is required to inform the customer. If more customers than are stated on the reservation arrive at the accommodation unit, the host has the right to deny the extra customers accommodation or to accommodate all of the customers at extra charge directly made to the host.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment of a specific accommodation unit is made in two instalments:
the first instalment is paid on making the reservation (advance payment of 20%
+ bank transfer),
the second instalment is paid
on the arrival at the destination (the price
difference between the advance and the total sum).
For proper payment to the foreign currency account, the following information will be required:
• payer: name and surname of the person who made the reservation and his/her address,

• purpose of transfer: reservation of accommodation
CUSTOMER'S RIGHT TO CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
Should the customer wish to change or cancel a reservation, this must be done in written form (email, mail, or fax).
Changes must be made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellation, 20% of the accommodation price will be charged (the advance will not be returned).
NOTE
Upon payment of the advance or the total amount, the customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
